Why a brand kit matters
Without a brand kit, every new presentation starts from scratch. Team members pick different fonts, use slightly off-brand colors, and paste outdated logos. A brand kit eliminates all of that by giving the AI and every template a single source of truth for your visual identity.
Access brand settings
Navigate to Brand from the dashboard sidebar. This is where you define the visual rules that apply across all your projects.
Set your color palette
Add your primary, secondary, and accent colors using hex codes. You can add as many colors as you need. These colors will be available in the editor color picker and the AI will prefer them when generating new slides.
Tip: Most brand guidelines define 3-5 core colors. Start there and add more later if needed.
Choose your fonts
Upload custom font files or pick from the built-in library. You can set separate fonts for:
- Headings - typically a bolder, more distinctive typeface
- Body text - something highly readable at smaller sizes
Upload your logo
Upload your logo in SVG or PNG format. We recommend uploading both a dark and light version so the AI can pick the right one based on slide background color.
How the AI uses your brand kit
When you ask the agent to create or modify slides, it automatically pulls from your brand kit:
- New slides use your brand colors for backgrounds and accents
- Text elements default to your chosen fonts
- Your logo is placed according to your preferred position
You do not need to mention your brand in every prompt - the agent knows your kit and applies it by default.
