Diagnose what slows reviews down
Long review loops usually come from one of three issues:
- the story is still moving
- the design rules are not explicit
- reviewers are asked to judge everything at once
Separate review passes
Split reviews into distinct stages:
- Narrative review: confirm the argument, order, and clarity.
- Proof review: confirm examples, claims, and numbers.
- Polish review: confirm visuals, wording, and finishing details.
This prevents senior stakeholders from spending time on formatting before the story is ready.
Reuse proven blocks
If your team frequently repeats the same company intro, product explanation, case study frame, or CTA, keep those as reusable modules.
That shrinks editing time and gives reviewers more confidence because they are seeing familiar, already-approved building blocks.
